Paid Virtual Parent Focus Group

District’s Prevention and Intervention Department. We work to enhance student learning and well-being through the delivery of comprehensive prevention programming, with a focus on reducing substance abuse and other risky behaviors.

We are conducting paid virtual focus groups with parents/guardians to learn more about safe home environments and strategies to limit youth access to substances (such as alcohol, vapes, medication, marijuana). Locking up substances in our homes is important especially now when kids are spending so much time at home and the growing concerns about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on substance use, mental health, suicidal ideation, and suicide attempts. I’d appreciate you sharing the focus group flyer with parents at your school and encourage participation.
