Friends of Ingraham 2020 Annual Auction
The March 28th Ingraham Auction is Moving Online!
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we need to move our annual night of giving to an online event! We look forward to sharing more details with you soon. We hope our online format will allow more members of the community to participate and do so from the comfort of your own homes!
For those who bought tickets to the March 28 event we are happy to refund the purchase amount BUT we do ask that you consider turning your ticket into a donation to Friends of Ingraham. Please contact Friends of Ingraham or Lucie Campbell (auction co-chair) if you would like a refund for your March 28th ticket.
To check-out our selection of donated auction items please visit our Auction Web Site.
Last year the Auction raised over $135,000 with our generous community directly giving $68,000 to expand the IHS Bright Futures program.
Bright Futures supports the over 200 Ingraham students facing housing instability, providing food, clothing and school supplies and much more. The new funding is allowing the Bright Futures committee to look beyond basic needs and provide more – food during the summer, eye exams, tutoring, career guidance, and more.
The FOI Spring Auction also raises funds to support every student at Ingraham with funds from recent years going towards individual classroom academic activities, school clubs, band uniforms, the weight training room for student athletes and much more. Friends of Ingraham strives in many ways to support students and we believe graduation and an amazing high school experience is within the reach of every student.
During the auction we involve students from Ingraham and provide opportunities for each class to earn money for their future Senior year activities such as Senior Spree. At the 2019 auction our Freshmen class managed event clean-up and earned their first deposit of $500, the Sophomore class earned $4025 from event raffle sales, the Junior Class earned a record-breaking $13,300 from the Dessert Dash, and the Senior Class earned $4342 from their silent auction table!
Ingraham High School, with its culturally diverse student body, is one of the largest schools in Seattle serving 1,500 students who speak over 34 different languages at home. We are hoping you will help support the varied needs of our students this year by attending the March 28, 2020 auction or donating an item or service to the auction.
